Our primary business model is conducting onsite service work. We are contractors that perform your customer or warranty company repairs. This saves you money by not having to hire a technician, upkeep on a van, insurance, etc..

 

How it works:

Once an account is set up with us you will have access to our toll free number where you give our customer service representative a call and set up a service call with them. Then we will contact your customer, with your company name and verify the issue, address and contact info. We then strive for a 1 time visit. Therefor, we try to use our experience to troubleshoot the issue, order a part if needed, so we can make as few trips as possible.

 

You are invoiced weekly, and payment is expected the following week unless prior arrangments are made. Our price for this service is usually 50% of the labor fee. You keep 50% and your parts markup.
